An established industry player is seeking a Senior Manager for Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering. This pivotal role involves delivering engineering strategies for a groundbreaking project, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and sustainability goals. Experience with Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering from both a consultant and client perspective, with familiarity with the approvals process in KSA considered an asset.
Experience with super high-rise, complex iconic projects in collaboration with world-class architectural design firms is an asset.
Knowledge of SBC and/or US codes and standards is desirable.
Proficiency in process mapping and process modelling tools.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Skilled in negotiating to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Flexible in adjusting engagement strategies based on feedback and changing circumstances.
Proven leadership and influence skills to guide teams towards goals.
Uphold high ethical standards in all stakeholder interactions and communications.
Deliver the Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering Strategy, Design, and Construction scope for THE LINE, supporting project goals related to budget, schedule, quality, and sustainability. Contribute as part of the team responsible for multi-disciplinary engineering across THE LINE region.
Lead support staff to assist the LINE Design Project Engineering Management teams for regional assets and oversee procurement and management of LINE Projects. Collaborate with THE LINE Design in setting engineering strategies.
Maintain overall accountability for the successful delivery of Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering systems in LINE regional assets, regardless of delivery method.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or related fields, with a Bachelor's Degree; a Master's Degree is preferred.
Proven ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Capability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
High emotional intelligence and diplomatic skills.
