Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop presentations, toolkits, and communication products.
• Coordinate knowledge-sharing engagements with Business Units.
• Support design and delivery of lessons learned sessions.
• Maintain and update knowledge repositories.
• Collect insights and updates from workstreams.
• Present initiatives and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Track and report knowledge adoption KPIs.
• Enhance digital tools for knowledge sharing.
• Support change adoption activities.
• Incorporate leading practices from major projects.
