Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective commercial strategies that align with Qiddiya’s long-term goals and objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate commercial insight throughout all project phases.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contracts with stakeholders to secure advantageous terms while minimizing risks.
  • Monitor financial performance metrics, prepare forecasts, and report on variances to ensure project financial health.
  • Mentor and manage a team of commercial professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and clients to facilitate collaboration and enhance project success.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management on commercial performance and strategy.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure Qiddiya remains competitive and innovative in the market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10-12 years of experience in commercial management, ideally within large-scale developments or the entertainment sector.
  • Demonstrated success in formulating and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and interpret financial data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
