The Senior Manager Assurance and Audit is responsible for executing and coordinating quality assurance and audit activities across multiple projects and business units within Qiddiya’s Strategic Delivery Unit - Quality. This role ensures audit readiness, compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS), and effective implementation of quality requirements. The Senior Manager supports stage gate reviews, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), and contributes to risk mitigation efforts. The role involves promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing technical expertise to ensure consistent application of quality standards. The Senior Manager plays a critical role in supporting strategic quality initiatives and delivering high-quality outcomes across development projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Execute and coordinate quality assurance and audit activities across multiple projects and business units.
  • Ensure audit readiness and support responses to internal and external audits.
  • Review and validate stage gate deliverables for completeness and compliance.
  • Ensure procurement quality requirements are implemented and adhered to at the project level.
  • Monitor contractor and consultant compliance with design quality assurance processes.
  • Support implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) across assigned projects and business units.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality performance.
  • Identify and escalate risks related to quality and compliance.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within project teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are understood and met.
  • Ensure quality documentation is maintained and audit-ready.
  • Support the adoption of quality best practices across development projects.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on quality assurance matters.
  • Participate in quality reviews and contribute to improvement initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to directors and senior leadership to support decision-making.
Requirements
  • BSc in Engineering, Quality management or similar degree (i.e. UK Level 6)
  • Chartered Quality Professional CQP MCQI or similar
  • Certified ISO 9001 Quality Management System Lead Auditor
  • Over 10 years of leadership experience in the Construction Industry on mega or giga projects
