• Manage firmware upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administration for IBM DataPower appliances.
• Implement enterprise security controls including TLS, mTLS, and OAuth2.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and lead root cause analysis.
• Support REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration protocols.

Requirements

• Install, configure, and administer IBM DataPower Gateway environments (physical, virtual, containerized).
• Manage firmware upgrades, patches, and hotfixes with minimal downtime.
• Configure and manage domains and services across DEV, SIT, UAT, and PROD.
• Implement enterprise security controls including TLS, mTLS, OAuth2, JWT, LDAP, and SAML.
• Manage certificates, keystores, truststores, and HSM integrations.
• Design and maintain High Availability and Disaster Recovery architectures.
• Support REST / SOAP APIs and enterprise integration protocols.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and lead root cause analysis.
• Automate deployments using scripting and CI / CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior administrators and maintain operational documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with IBM DataPower Gateway.
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP / IP, DNS, Load Balancers).
