A leading engineering firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior HSEQ Manager to oversee their management systems in Safety, Health, and Environmental compliance. The ideal candidate should have at least 12 years of HSEQ managerial experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to conduct audits and training programs. This role is crucial in developing a safe and compliant culture within the organization, ensuring effective HSEQ management and risk mitigation across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years’ overall HSEQ managerial experience, ideally with public transport.
• Membership of IOSH.
• Comprehensive knowledge of international HSEQ standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain PMS management systems for Safety, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality.
• Lead inspections and audits to ensure contractor compliance.
• Provide management with reports on HSEQ performance and corrective actions.
• Conduct training programs for Environmental, Security, Quality, and Health and Safety.
