Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a talented Senior Development Manager - Facilities to contribute to the creation of a world-class theme park that will be a cornerstone of entertainment in Saudi Arabia. This key leadership role involves managing the development and implementation of facilities within the theme park, ensuring that they meet our standards of excellence and provide an unforgettable experience for visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, design, and development of theme park facilities, including guest services, attractions, dining, retail, and operational spaces.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that all facilities are designed and constructed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform decision-making throughout the development process.
  • Develop and manage the project budget, timelines, and resources to ensure that all projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate and liaise with various teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication across departments.
  • Monitor construction progress and address any challenges that arise during the development phase.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in all aspects of facility development.
  • Implement best practices for sustainability and operational efficiency within theme park facilities.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 9-12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on facilities development in the theme park or entertainment sector.
