Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an exceptional leader to fill the role of Senior Development Manager - Infrastructure. This position is critical in overseeing the planning, development, and execution of substantial infrastructure projects that align with our ambitious vision of establishing an entertainment and leisure destination like no other in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee development of large-scale infrastructure projects, including but not limited to utilities networks, roads, bridges, land servicing (landscape & public realm, bulk utilities plant, mobility & smart technology).
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and impact analyses to inform project direction and decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop robust project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring alignment and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards, while promoting sustainability in infrastructure development.
  • Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and report updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with governmental bodies, contractors, engineers, and consultants.
  • Mentor team members to enhance their skills, performance, and career development.
  • Stay updated on industry innovations and trends to integrate cutting-edge solutions into infrastructure planning and development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) and Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE) or similar qualifications.
  • Minimum of 9-12 years of experience in infrastructure development and project management.
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects is essential.
  • Middle East experience is preferable.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and effectively.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements related to infrastructure.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed, strategic decisions.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
