Master-Works is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive senior Data Privacy Consultant to join our expert team. In this critical role, you will help our clients navigate the complex landscape of data privacy regulations, ensuring compliance while promoting ethical data use practices. You will work closely with organizations to develop and implement privacy strategies that align with local and international laws.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data privacy policies and procedures in accordance with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and others.
  • Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential privacy risks.
  • Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on data privacy best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor emerging data privacy laws and regulations, advising clients on necessary adjustments to their privacy strategies.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment of policies and practices with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, data management, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, particularly GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex privacy concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
