Job summary

A leading global procurement institute in Saudi Arabia seeks a Commercial Lead to manage all post-contract commercial activities for infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in commercial management, expertise in FIDIC contracts, and a proven ability to handle claims and variations. Responsibilities include overseeing commercial activities, negotiating claims, and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks. Excellent command of English is mandatory, and Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in post-contract commercial management.
• Proven expertise in FIDIC-based contracts and variation/change management.
• Strong commercial acumen in large public-sector or semi-government projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all post-contract commercial activities for assigned task orders.
• Lead Variation Order and Change Control process from identification to approval.
• Review and negotiate claims from contractors and consultants.
