A pharmaceutical and chemical distribution company is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager – Pharma to oversee sales and distribution efforts in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have 5-10 years of sales experience. This role is based in Riyadh, KSA, with travel as necessary.

Sales Manager - Pharma

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Manager – Pharma to lead and oversee the sales and distribution of our pharmaceutical and chemical products across the Middle East region.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical chemical distribution industry and a passion for driving business growth.

The Position is Responsible For :
  • Promoting the company’s products
  • Acting as the main point of contact with customers, suppliers, and distributors in the region
  • Implementing sales goals
  • Preparing sales reports
  • Promptly responding to customer requests.
  • Identify new markets, opportunities and leads
  • Lead sales generation and pipeline management.
  • Increase brand awareness within the region
  • Identify and on‑board new partners
  • Maximizing growth potential within the region.
  • Preparing budgets and analyzing the market.
  • Collecting customer feedback as well as market research.
  • Ensure all activities respect health, safety and the environment and meet IMCD’s compliance and quality standards.
Expected Qualifications / Experience :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or another relevant scientific field.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in sales roles within a similar role.
  • Familiar with CRM software like salesforce, Microsoft dynamics is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the chemical distribution industry
