Job Purpose

Lead and manage the sales team. develop and implement sales strategies, set, and achieve sales targets, and foster relationships with customers and partners within the electrical products sector. driving revenue growth, optimizing the product portfolio, and ensuring the team's success in meeting or exceeding sales objectives. Participate in market analysis, product development, and ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and industry trends.

Key Accountability Areas

Efficient Inquiry and Tender Management:

  • Oversee and ensure the effective handling of all incoming inquiries and tenders.
  • Provide strategic direction to deliver accurate and timely responses, maximizing sales opportunities and aligning with organizational goals.

Supportive Documents and Samples Preparation:

  • Supervise the preparation of all necessary documents, samples, and submittals for tenders and inquiries.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of supportive materials to customers to enhance success rates.

Material Preparation and Coordination:

  • Manage coordination efforts with relevant teams to ensure material readiness.
  • Oversee timely delivery to meet customer requirements and address any challenges.

Competitor Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor competitors’ market activities and analyze their strategies.
  • Report findings to sales leadership, recommending actionable adjustments to strategies.

Market Presence and Technical Support:

  • Plan and lead technical meetings and seminars to enhance product visibility and market presence.
  • Provide high-level technical guidance and support to customers, strengthening product awareness.

Reporting and Customer Management:

  • Review and approve detailed and timely reports on sales activities, trends, and progress.
  • Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Project Identification and Follow-up:

  • Oversee the identification and monitoring of potential projects.
