In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive new business acquisition and grow existing client accounts. Your expertise in manpower solutions will enable you to effectively identify client needs and provide tailored outsourcing services that contribute to their organizational success.

As the Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve individual and team sales targets while fostering a culture of performance and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Manpower Outsourcing services.
  • Lead the sales team by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and providing training.
