Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help grow our fire protection business in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, especially in fire safety, construction, or industrial products. You will be responsible for finding new customers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate must be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate to Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Planning: Create and execute sales plans to meet company goals. Find new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
  • Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants. Understand customer needs and offer the right fire protection solutions. Ensure customers are happy and keep coming back.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. Train the team on products and sales techniques.
  • Market Research: Study the market to find new opportunities and understand competitors. Prepare sales reports and share updates with senior management.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn about our fire protection products and services. Work with the technical team to provide accurate solutions to clients.
Experience
  • 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in fire protection, construction, or industrial products.
  • Experience in Saudi Arabia is a must.
  • Location: Must be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate to Jeddah.
Skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good at building relationships with clients.
