A leading company operating in the car rental and transportation sector is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join its dynamic team. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading the sales team, and achieving revenue growth targets. This role requires a strong background in sales management, and customer relationship management.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through corporate partnerships, and agencies.
  • Lead, train, manage and develop the sales team effectively.
  • Manage and expand the existing client base while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Oversee sales and rental operations to ensure smooth performance.
  • Prepare sales reports, statistics, and performance analyses.
  • Coordinate internally between departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Handle administrative duties and prepare related management reports.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Experience in the automotive, car rental, or mobility services industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
