Reza Investment is seeking a motivated Research Associate to support the Research & Development Manager in the formulation, testing, and innovation of new products.

This role combines hands‑on laboratory work, technical research, and compliance monitoring. You will play a key part in developing high‑quality formulations, driving product innovation, and ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of safety, stability, efficacy, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
  • Present, promote, and sell company products/services effectively to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
Preferred Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience in sales may also be considered.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience in (FMCG, retail, B2B services) is a plus.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong experience in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Experience in handling key accounts and building long-term client relationships.
  • Background in preparing sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
