Overview

The Sales & Business Development Manager at our Proptech Startup will be a dynamic, results-driven professional responsible for forging strategic, long-term partnerships that drive revenue and market share.

This role is a cornerstone of the company’s commercial strategy, focusing on securing high-value listings and relationships with key developers, brokerage agencies, and other strategic partners.

Responsibilities
  • Sales & BD Planning: Develop and implement sales and business development plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets, including forecasting, setting KPIs, and budgeting.
  • Partnership Planning: Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships with key developers and brokerage agencies to increase exclusive listings and business volume.
  • Lead Generation & Relationship Management: Proactively identify and engage with key players in the real estate industry; build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure high retention rates and continued growth.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations for large-scale, exclusive deals (e.g., digital brokerage deals with developers) and translate market opportunities into revenue-generating partnerships.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities; provide actionable insights to inform strategic direction.
  • Revenue Growth: Directly contribute to the commercial department’s revenue and listing targets by securing high-value deals and onboarding new projects efficiently.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Experience teams to ensure a seamless partner onboarding process and ongoing relationship success.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, preferably in real estate.
  • Demonstrated work experience in business development within the Saudi real estate market.
  • A strong network and established relationships within the Saudi real estate market.
  • Demonstrated track record of securing and managing strategic partnerships that resulted in significant revenue growth.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong ability to build trust and rapport with high-level executives.
