Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety and Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals. As the Safety and Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive safety and quality assurance programs across our organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain safety management systems and quality assurance processes
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian safety regulations and international quality standards
• Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits to maintain certifications
• Analyze safety and quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, implementing corrective actions
• Collaborate with department heads to integrate safety and quality practices into daily operations
• Manage a team of safety and quality professionals, providing guidance and mentorship
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on safety and quality performance
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in safety and quality management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in safety and quality assurance roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Proven track record in developing and implementing safety management systems and quality assurance processes
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian safety regulations and standards
• Familiarity with international quality standards, such as ISO 9001
• Relevant safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring teams
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use relevant software tools
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Must be a Saudi national
