Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our fine-dining, high-volume restaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong leadership abilities, and demonstrate a deep understanding of high-end service standards and operational excellence. This role requires a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and guest-centric environment.

Operations Management
  • Oversee and coordinate all front-of-house (FOH) and collaborate with back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure smooth service.
  • Maintain high service standards, quality control, and consistency in guest experiences.
  • Ensure adherence to all health, safety, sanitation, and legal regulations.
  • Monitor and optimize labor, food, and beverage costs to meet financial targets.
Staff Leadership
  • Train, and supervise FOH staff including hosts, servers, bartenders, and supervisors.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to promote professional development.
  • Foster a team-oriented, professional, and respectful work culture.
  • Schedule and manage staffing levels based on business volume and reservations.
Guest Experience
  • Ensure an exceptional and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Engage with VIPs and regular guests to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
Financial & Administrative
  • Assist in developing and executing budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
  • Track and analyze sales, labor, and operational metrics to improve efficiency.
  • Utilize POS and reservation systems effectively.
Event & Reservation Management
  • Oversee bookings.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and events teams to ensure successful execution.
