This commission-only position suits highly experienced recruiters keen on independent work. Successful candidates will manage the recruitment cycle, screen candidates, and maintain communication with clients. Ideally, applicants should have 1-5 years of experience and familiarity with the GCC talent market and should be fluent in English, with Arabic being a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Strong understanding of technical roles and engineering stacks.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
