What you'll be doing :

Our Lead Gen Agents are the catalyst for TLC's next wave of success. The first point of contact for potential clients, setting the stage for long-lasting partnerships with industry leaders. This isn't just any telemarketing role – it's a chance to be a true ambassador for TLC, igniting interest in our innovative customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty solutions.

  • Embark on a strategic outreach mission, targeting decision-makers across various sectors
  • Leverage your persuasive skills to secure valuable meetings for our Business Development team
  • Become a master of our CRM system, ensuring perfectly timed, impactful outreach
  • Conduct insightful research to understand prospects' industries, challenges, and opportunities
  • Build a powerful professional network through LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Articulate TLC's unique value proposition with confidence and clarity
  • Overcome objections with finesse and turn initial scepticism into genuine interest
