Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Quality & Safety Engineer to join our team and support the development, implementation, and monitoring of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) systems, ensuring full compliance with local and international standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality, health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations, and provide corrective action recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Deliver safety training and awareness programs for employees.
  • Monitor and improve Quality Management and Occupational Health & Safety systems.
  • Prepare periodic reports and present findings to management.
  • Identify and manage facility-related risks, including buildings, fire safety, and environmental hazards.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Saudi Nationality (Mandatory) – as per client requirement.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality, Safety, or QHSE roles (candidates with 10+ years of experience are highly preferred).
  • Certification in Occupational Health & Safety such as: OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent in Quality Management.
  • Good knowledge of ISO 41001 (Facility Management) requirements.
  • Strong understanding of building safety, fire risks, and environmental hazards.
  • Proficient computer skills and strong reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems.
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations.
  • Familiarity with OSHA, NEBOSH, and local HSE regulations.

  • Proficiency in quality improvement tools (Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, reporting systems).
