Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead and oversee quality assurance and control activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of quality across all business operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with international standards (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
  • Monitor and evaluate internal processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
  • Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Establish quality benchmarks, metrics, and performance indicators.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes to resolve non-conformities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure product/service consistency.
  • Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to employees on quality assurance practices.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies regarding quality requirements.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in a quality management role.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant quality standards.
  • Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Lead Auditor ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or equivalent) is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software/tools.
