Job summary

A manufacturing firm in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Quality Manager to ensure product quality and implement an effective Quality Management System. Candidates must have an engineering degree and at least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, including 3 years in a management role. Proficiency in English is mandatory, with knowledge of Urdu/Hindi and Arabic preferred. The role includes conducting audits, handling customer feedback, and steering health and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years QMS experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
• At least 3 years as a Management Representative.
• Fluency in English, and knowledge of Urdu/Hindi, Arabic preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• This position reports to the Factory Manager. The primary responsibility of the incumbent is to ensure the quality of outgoing and incoming products and services.
• Responsible for overall implementation, effectiveness and continual improvement of Quality Management System.
• Conduct Internal Audits.
• Manage Customer Complains and Customer Feedback.
• Coordinate Production Team for Project Inspection.
• Prepare and implement Procedures, Work Instructions and Record Forms.
• Overall responsible for the Health & Safety of all staff.
• Manage Environmental & Compliance issues if needed.
• Any other duties assigned Quality Manager.
• Follow the Health & Safety guidelines to prevent him/herself and others from workplace injury.
• Participate in factory’s initiatives to preserve environment and reduce carbon footprint.
• Handle warranty claims.
• Spare Parts list from BOM.

Job Requirements

• Engineering Degree / Diploma of Associate Engineer qualification (Mechanical/Electrical/HVAC).
• Minimum of 5 years QMS experience in the Manufacturing Industry, of which a minimum of 3 years as a Management Representative.
• English (Fluent), Urdu/Hindi, Arabic (Preferred).
• Software knowledge - Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Access (Microsoft) CAD software, AHU selection.
