We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Middle Manual QA Tester to join our team. As a Middle Manual QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our web applications from both the GUI and backend perspectives. You will work closely with our development and product teams to identify issues, perform testing, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for web applications to ensure full coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Perform manual testing of web applications from both the GUI and backend perspectives.
• Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality software.
• Conduct regression testing to verify software fixes and ensure that no new issues are introduced.
• Participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning meetings to provide QA perspective and input.
• Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and quality assurance.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in manual testing of web applications.
• Location: Poland
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in testing web applications from both the GUI and backend perspectives.
• Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
