UXBERT Labs is a leading digital and user‑experience design agency in the GCC, collaborating with major regional and international brands such as STC, Amazon, and Gucci. It is part of the Supertech Group, which also includes Hala Yalla – Saudi’s #1 private event ticketing and experience booking platform – and Kafu Games, the largest esports tournament platform in the MENA region.

About the Role

We are looking for a partner‑minded, entrepreneurial professional to lead and scale our Quality Assurance (QA) services at UXBERT Labs. The role blends business development, service development, and strategic sales, with a strong focus on expanding revenue and establishing the QA offering across new and existing markets. It is a high‑ownership position with a performance‑driven incentive structure, suitable for someone motivated by growth, impact, and financial rewards based on results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development & Revenue Growth – Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for QA services; build a robust pipeline across sectors (government, enterprise, startups, e‑commerce, retail, etc.); cross‑sell QA services to existing UXBERT clients; prepare proposals, lead pitches, and manage the full sales cycle.
  2. Service Offering Development – Refine and maintain the QA services portfolio and brochure; collaborate with technical teams to define service bundles, pricing models, and value propositions; continuously improve sales and marketing materials to support commercial efforts.
  3. Commercial Enablement – Train the commercial team on QA capabilities and offerings; join client meetings to showcase service value and close deals; create internal resources (presentations, brochures, talking points) to empower the sales pipeline.
  4. Partnerships & Market Expansion – Build relationships with industry partners, tech vendors, and ecosystem players; represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads; explore and establish early partnerships to enhance service adoption.
  5. Ownership & Strategic Contribution – Act as a business partner, taking responsibility for achieving monthly and annual revenue targets; work closely with senior leadership to shape growth strategy for QA services; monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
