Job summary

A logistics company is seeking a QHSE specialist to ensure all warehouse activities comply with legal and client standards. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, managing compliance documentation, and training staff on safety protocols. Ideal candidates hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree and have 3-5 years experience in QHSE within warehouse or food operations. Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of QHSE experience in logistics, warehouse, or food storage operations.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and food safety standards (HACCP / ISO 22000).
• Experience with temperature-controlled operations and client audit processes.
• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements (SFDA, Civil Defense, Ministry of Labor, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse operations meet client standards and company QHSE policies.
• Conduct regular inspections for product handling, storage temperature, and hygiene compliance.
• Lead investigations for any product non-conformity and develop corrective/preventive action plans.
• Enforce compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate pest control and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly QHSE performance reports for management and clients.
