Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Participate and coordinate technical meetings and ensure implementation of meeting outputs;
  • Implement applicable legislation requirements, regulations, customer requirements, corporate requirements or applicable international standards for continuous suitability and improvement of food safety management system;
  • Assist in External Audits and close findings as per the proposed target dates;
  • Deliver food safety or other related training;
  • Describe, discuss, and implement processes required;
  • Assist in Product Validation for new product;
  • Perform production quality checks using the Quality Route Tool;
  • Create, implement, and review quality procedures and HACCP Plans per each product;
  • Create and revise food safety forms;
  • Coach and train QC and Quality Inspectors (prepare their schedules; distribute tasks, if required);
  • Arrange and participate in Quality Weeks;
  • Guide corrective actions whenever a deviation is detected in the production process and ensure implementation of non-conformities raised during online or product checks;
  • Review the pest control contact and coordinate with External Pest Control/Other Service providers;
  • Understand lab test results and guide corrective actions whenever a deviation is detected;
