Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering
• ISO 9001:2015 certification (Internal Auditor – Preferred)
• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in QA / QC roles
• Hands‑on experience in execution of overhead transmission lines (220 kV / 400 kV / 765 kV) or substation projects
• Valid passport with at least 9 months of validity (Gulf)
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA / QC systems, procedures, and project‑specific quality plans
• Conduct inspections for foundations, tower erection, stringing, and substation works
• Review and approve material testing reports and ensure compliance with technical specifications
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on all QA / QC matters
• Prepare and maintain QA / QC documentation: ITPs, checklists, NCRs, method statements, and quality reports
• Lead internal audits and ensure accurate recordkeeping of all QA / QC activities
• Identify, report, and resolve non‑conformances in collaboration with project teams
• Support construction teams in upholding quality and HSE standards on‑site
