Job description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on the implementation of cybersecurity products, including troubleshooting incidents, resolving technical issues, and delivering high‑quality solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise security technologies
• Develop and implement comprehensive network security architectures with defense‑in‑depth strategies
• Create and maintain security policies, rulesets, and access control lists across all security platforms
• Monitor security events and logs to identify potential security incidents and respond appropriately
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues
• Lead security incident investigations and responses, including root cause analysis and remediation planning
• Manage product tickets in line with defined SLAs, escalating to vendors when necessary
• Provide guidance and advice to clients on cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure network security controls meet regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in network or security engineering roles
• Strong understanding of network protocols, OSI model, and TCP/IP stack
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise security platforms (FWs, Proxies, VPN, Email Security, DLP, Endpoint security, IPS/IDS)
• In‑depth knowledge of common attack vectors and mitigation techniques
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively under pressure during security incidents
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English

Additional Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with zero‑trust network architecture and implementation
• Experience with secure SD‑WAN implementations
• Familiarity with NAC (Network Access Control) solutions
• Background in security architecture and framework development
• Experience with security in cloud environments
