Cornerstone Global Partners is proud to be working with a Tier 1 international architecture firm on one of the region’s most high-profile projects in Khobar. We are looking for a Saudi Nationals Project Office Administrator to support on-site administrative and finance operations.

This role is open to Saudi Nationals only, in line with the firm’s commitment to Vision 2030.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project office administration or combined finance/administration roles, ideally within construction, architecture, or similar industries
  • Strong finance background with experience in invoices, payments, and cost tracking
  • Proven experience supporting site-based teams and Company Representatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance / ERP systems
  • Experience preparing presentations, compiling project reports, and maintaining filing systems
  • Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and financial support to the Company Representative and project team
  • Manage site-based invoices and support cost tracking
  • Prepare presentations and compile project status reports
  • Maintain organized project records and filing systems
  • Coordinate day-to-day project office activities and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Perform related duties as required by the Company Representative
