As we continue to bring to life award-winning venues and experiences our EMEA Practice is looking for a Project Office Administrator based in our Riyadh studio.

About the Role

The Project Office Administrator will provide administrative support to the Company Rep and assist with the preparation of technical and management presentations. The candidate will assist in the compilation of various project status reports. They will create and maintain a filing record system to keep material and procedures up to date and inform Company Representatives as appropriate. We are seeking someone with either, knowledge of administrative procedures and guidelines, or with experience and knowledge in office IT equipment setup, installation and administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administrative support to Company Representative and project team
  • Preparation of technical and management presentations
  • Support in compiling project status reports
  • Maintain organized project records and filing systems
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day project office activities
  • Coordinate travel and hotel booking
  • Create services entry sheets or equivalent billing document
  • Submit invoices through client financial portals or ERP system
  • Follow up on approval and payment cycle
  • Perform related duties as required

Key requirements include:

  • Several years’ experience in project office or administrative roles within construction or similar industries
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Basic knowledge of document control is an advantage (not mandatory)
  • OR experience in office IT setup and administration
