JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled Project Manager - Delivery (Theme Park Show) to join our team. As a leading program management company involved in major infrastructure projects within Saudi Arabia, JASARA PMC is committed to delivering exceptional value and quality, aligning with Vision 2030. The Project Manager - Delivery (Theme Park Show) will oversee design-build projects, ensuring seamless integration of project development and execution processes.

In-depth knowledge of show and entertainment design, engineering, and safety standards is preferred.

Prior experience managing a Show team is essential. An excellent understanding of scripts, show technologies, media, show control, water-based shows, AV, projection mapping, SFX, and show delivery is important.

Responsibilities

• Define show-related project timelines, draft EOIs, PQQs, RFPs, other proposals, establish budgets, and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal teams and external resources, communicating guidelines and deadlines clearly and effectively.
• Assess risks throughout the project lifecycle and anticipate internal, external, and client needs, implementing issue resolution as needed.
• Delegate and prioritize tasks within internal teams, conducting regular status updates and check-ins.
• Provide show project status updates, progress tracking, and deliverable reports to internal teams, external resources, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage client and IP relationships throughout the project, ensuring accountability for deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in performing arts or a related field is preferred; Higher National Diploma in set design, performing arts, or related field is minimum.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile are desirable but not required.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Japanese and/or Arabic is highly regarded.
• 6-10 years of experience in set design, show production, or similar, leading complex projects in entertainment environments, preferably in theme parks or similar venues.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is advantageous.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources effectively using digital tools.
• Proactive with strong stakeholder management skills and a drive for delivery.
• Strong training capabilities and ability to develop junior colleagues.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in enterprise management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Aconex, etc.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage teams to deliver results.
