Project Manager Vacancy in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Rabigh. The successful candidate must have at least two years of experience in management, supervision or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects from start to finish according to set deadlines and within budget parameters.
• Organize resources such as staff, materials and equipment; assign tasks; monitor progress; maintain records; ensure quality standards are met; coordinate with external stakeholders; take corrective action when necessary; provide progress reports on a regular basis; ensure projects are completed on time; evaluate project success upon completion; ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance to staff assigned to the project(s); handle conflict situations; resolve issues that may arise; create effective risk mitigation strategies; attend meetings with stakeholders; ensure customer satisfaction throughout the course of the project(s).

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a project management role
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Solid understanding of project management concepts and best practices
• Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking
