We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the heavy industry and metallurgy sector. This role is essential for ensuring the successful execution of various projects by managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and will be responsible for coordinating project activities from inception to completion while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  2. Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting timelines as necessary to meet deadlines.
  3. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management, to ensure alignment on project goals.
  4. Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  5. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and project plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  6. Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing financial updates and recommendations for cost‑saving measures.
  7. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impede project progress.
  8. Support the project manager in resource allocation and team management, ensuring that the right skills are applied to the right tasks.
  9. Facilitate project meetings, documenting minutes and action items to ensure accountability and follow‑through.
Preferred Candidate
  1. Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role within the heavy industry or metallurgy sector.
  2. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
