Job Purpose

The Project Control Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of NHC’s residential and mega development projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and in line with NHC’s quality, sustainability, and stakeholder expectations. The role focuses on planning, cost control, and risk management to ensure transparency, performance optimization, and successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring to meet scope, time, cost, and quality objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
  • Manage cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure continuity and delivery performance.
  • Supervise project control staff and ensure consistent application of NHC’s project management standards.
  • Prepare accurate and timely progress reports and KPI dashboards for management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to align project performance with NHC’s strategic goals.
  • Contribute to project feasibility assessments and financial reviews to support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with NHC policies, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required).
  • Master’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering Management (preferred).
Certifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Risk Management Professional (RMP), or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience
  • +10 years of experience in project control management.
  • Proven experience in residential development, real estate, and mega projects within KSA is highly desirable.
