MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia’s power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.
We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule production activities to meet delivery targets.
- Plan daily, monthly, quarterly production
- To update and monitor the skill matrix
- Study and improve the cycle times
- To implement Total preventive maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and process specifications.
- To monitor and improve OEE.
- Implement lean manufacturing and 5S practices.
- Coordinate with design, QA/QC, purchase, and stores departments.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety norms.
- Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure production timelines are met without compromising quality.
- Forecast and report production resource requirements (manpower, machine hours, tools).
- Manage documentation and control of SOPs, route cards, and job orders.
- Mentor engineers and operators through technical guidance and on-the-job training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 7–15 years of experience in transformer manufacturing, specifically with oil-filled/power transformers.
- Solid understanding of transformer design, materials, and production processes.
- Familiarity with international standards such as IEC 60076, IEEE C57, and ISO 9001.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands‑on approach.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
- Experience with ERP systems and production tracking tools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
