Product Specialist Sports Medicine - Saudi Arabia Jeddah

What will you be doing?

The purpose of this role is to execute marketing strategies and tactical plans that promote S&N product superiority. It involves coordinating with the Regional Marketing Managers to drive revenue and market share for the Division and maintain customer relations with major accounts while driving the customer requirements back into the Company. The Product Specialist will be selling unique patented devices and implants in theatre directly to opinion-leading surgeons.

What will you need to be successful?
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the distributor.
  • Conduct product presentations to different customer levels, for example physicians, nurses, purchasers, and decision makers.
  • Conduct product training.
  • Assist in the identification and assessment of the field and marketing support needs and make recommendations to management when appropriate.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the Business Unit staff and regional marketing managers.
  • Function as a communication link between the marketing organization and the Business Unit to resolve problems, quality issues, manufacturing defects, and other related issues.
  • Ability to scrub and be present in the theatre and assist or advise the physician in S&N product implant, usage, and techniques.
  • Facilitate the implementation and adoption of marketing strategies and tactics and customer education programs at country level.
Successful candidates would need the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree relating to medical or equivalent.
  • One year experience in product marketing.
  • In-theatre and/or clinical marketing experience would be ideal.
  • The ability to communicate in Arabic and English.
