As part of our commitment to Saudi Vision 2030, we are expanding our product team in Riyadh. We need a Product Manager who understands the unique dynamics of the Saudi labor market and can translate those needs into world‑class AI features.

Role Overview

You will own the product lifecycle for our Middle East expansion. This isn't just about managing a backlog; it’s about defining how AI‑driven recruitment should work in a region undergoing massive digital transformation.

You will manage the "Discovery‑to‑Delivery" cycle, ensuring our platform is not only localized in language but also optimized for local enterprise workflows and government integrations (e.g., Qiwa, GOSI).

What You’ll Do

• Product Vision: Define the roadmap for our Saudi‑specific feature set, balancing local needs with global platform scalability.
• User Research: Conduct deep‑dive sessions with Saudi HR leaders and candidates to identify friction points in the current hiring process.
• Cross‑Functional Leadership: Work with engineers in Toronto and London to build, test, and ship features like Arabic NLP (Natural Language Processing) and local ATS integrations.
• Data‑Driven Decisions: Analyze product metrics to iterate on user retention and hiring accuracy.
• Stakeholder Management: Align with Saudi enterprise clients to ensure our AI models solve their specific talent acquisition challenges.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3–6 years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or HR Tech.
• Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Saudi tech ecosystem and regional user behavior.
• Technical Fluency: Comfortable discussing APIs, machine learning logic, and cloud architecture with engineering teams.
• Communication: Exceptional English and Arabic skills (bilingual proficiency is a massive advantage).
• Analytical Skills: Expert at using tools like Mixpanel, Hotjar, or Google Analytics to drive product decisions.
