Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing Presales or Solution Engineering role.
• Strong experience working with NMS / ITSM tools.
• Hands-on experience with compliance documents and solution BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
• Work closely with the development team to define the SOW for solution implementation.
