Job Description
  • Oversee account penetration by leveraging products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver basic and advanced customer training and technical presentations.
  • Act as the escalation point of contact for other team members.
  • Conduct account reviews and regional sales planning meetings.
  • Traveling to various unanticipated locations as required.
  • Liaise with the Account Team and Service Delivery Team on customer projects.
  • Work with customers and engineers to assess customer needs and to determine system requirements and solution designs.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for sales team; provide guidance and training on the technical aspects of the products.
  • Participate in monthly partner training presentations.
  • Assist customers with Proof-of-Concept project design, implementation, and documentation.
  • Assist customers with technical questions via Live Chat.
  • Help create RFP and RFI responses.
  • Support the account managers by developing a firm understanding of their customer’s technical dilemma(s) and providing a technical solution.
  • Quickly identify whether Company’s product line will be able to solve the issues being presented by the customer.
  • Travel with field account managers to on-site sales opportunities, partner training, and trade shows.
Qualifications
  • 5 years experience in audio-visual systems as a pre-sales engineer
