Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the fit out industry, including knowledge of materials, techniques, and regulations.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project management office, ensuring effective project delivery and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure consistency across all projects.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and provide solutions to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure smooth project execution.
