Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing data protection policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as GDPR
  • Conducting data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and ensuring privacy by design principles are integrated into projects and systems
  • Providing guidance to business units on data protection requirements and best practices
  • Monitoring and evaluating data protection practices within the organization and recommending improvements
  • Responding to data protection inquiries and assisting with data subject rights requests
  • Preparing and delivering data protection training and awareness programs to employees
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Law, Information Security, Data Protection, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in data protection and privacy, with knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Certification in data protection, such as CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe), CIPM (Certified Information Privacy Manager), or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of data protection frameworks and principles, including GDPR
