A leading recruitment consultancy in the Riyadh Region is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent proficiency in Excel and Word. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and maintaining the CEO's office. Provides day-to-day support including schedule, opening and sorting mail, filing and document processing. Prepares different types of reports. Researches requests for information and communicates findings. Maintains up-to-date Applied workflow documentation and ensures workflows are adhered. Complies with all internal policies and procedures. Ensures that all requirements are met when handling responsibilities and tasks. Make travel, appointment, and meeting arrangements. Act as local contact for phone inquiries not handled elsewhere. Coordinate town halls, content, logistics. Set up Webex conferences for CEO and other Colleagues and other initiatives. Coordinate senior leadership visits, carrier visits/events and client functions. Coordinate and lead all colleague employee morale events - (retirement, holiday..etc). Engagement with senior management to ensure smooth running of office. Co-ordinate meeting room bookings and catering requirements. Maintaining the condition of the CEO office and arranging for necessary repairs. Organizing and typing the agenda and taking minutes. Other duties as assigned or required.
A minimum of 3 years of personal assistant experience. Bachelor degree. Strong computer proficiency including Excel, Word, Outlook required. Strong Data Entry into Applied system and Web based Websites. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Detail oriented to ensure accuracy. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Possess self-discipline, self-motivation, and ability to meet assigned objectives. Ability to analyze data and interpret appropriate action. Excellent computer skills and the ability to navigate through multiple systems without assistance.
