Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Partnership Manager to oversee and grow our ecosystem of partners. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing existing partnerships while identifying and securing new strategic opportunities that align with our brand and business objectives. The Partnership Manager will play a key role in expanding our reach, driving brand value, and supporting marketing initiatives through effective collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with existing partners to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and continued value delivery.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive mutual business growth and brand exposure.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new partnership opportunities that support our marketing and business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, PR, Growth, Product, etc.) to activate and maximize partnership value.
  • Track, measure, and report on partnership performance and ROI.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure timely execution of deliverables from both sides.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the market landscape and emerging trends to recommend new partnership opportunities.
  • Represent the company at events, meetings, and industry engagements related to partnership development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
