Role Overview

The PAM (Privileged Access Management) Engineer at Innovative Solutions will be handling one of our client's responsibilities for implementing and managing privileged access security solutions to protect their sensitive systems and data. The role involves gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring compliance with security policies and industry standards while working alongside various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current privileged access control systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather and document technical and functional requirements for PAM solutions.
• Design and implement PAM solutions in accordance with best practices.
• Collaborate with IT operations and security teams to integrate PAM solutions into existing environments.
• Monitor and manage privileged accounts, ensuring adherence to security policies.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on PAM systems and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of PAM solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging threats related to privileged access management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Privileged Access Management or Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• In-depth understanding of PAM solutions.
• Experience with tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust & Delinea.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to access management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Access Management Specialist (CAMS) are a plus.
