About the location:

Soon to be one of the region’s foremost luxury beachside destinations, The Red Sea will comprise of the idyllic natural islands and lagoons across 200 kms of coastline along the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18‑hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over‑tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal‑clear waters. About the Role:

Join the elite pre‑opening team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, where design, detail, and luxury come together. As a Painter/Wall coverer, you will be responsible for maintaining the high aesthetic standards of the resort by performing painting, finishing, and wallcovering work across guest areas, public spaces, and back‑of‑house. Your work will contribute directly to the beauty and elegance of the guest experience.

What You Will Do:

• Perform painting, staining, varnishing, and finishing on walls, ceilings, furniture, doors, and fixtures.
• Install, repair, and replace wallcoverings such as wallpaper, fabric panels, or decorative finishes.
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling cracks, and applying primers or sealers as required.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired finishes and touch‑ups.
• Maintain all painting tools and materials in clean and safe working condition.
• Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths and masking to avoid damage.
• Ensure all work meets Four Seasons quality standards and is completed safely and neatly.
• Respond to work orders and painting‑related guestrooms or public area maintenance requests promptly.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional painter and/or wall coverer, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or high‑end commercial property.
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation, painting techniques, and wallcovering applications.
• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and handling of paint and materials.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English is preferred. Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
