Experience and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional-level experience in functional configuration, modification, or maintenance of a Resource Planning (HCM) system. Experience in a team leader or supervisor capacity is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, Information System, Computer Engineering Or related field.
• Preferably OCP, OCS, PMP, ITIL

Knowledge and Skills

• Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, Recruitment, Compensation, Time & Labor.
• HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas.
• BI Publisher Reports.
• OTBI & BI Analytics, Data Conversion & Migration.
• Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and policies.
• Expertise in system integration and data migration.
• Proficiency in SQL, and reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
