We are excited to announce the opening of a new 3-star hotel in Jeddah and are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Operations Manager to lead our team and oversee day-to-day hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
• Manage daily hotel operations and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
• Oversee departmental functions and coordinate between teams
• Conduct annual performance reviews and reevaluate processes for improvement
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and compliance standards
• Manage operational budgets in alignment with the hotel’s strategic goals
