Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent in Electrical / Mechanical / Power Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in generator installation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Install and commission diesel and gas-powered generators.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for reliability.
  • Diagnose faults in generators and control panels.
  • Conduct load testing and calibrate settings.
  • Replace defective components like starters and alternators.
  • Maintain records of maintenance schedules and performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate for system upgrades and improvements.
  • Respond to emergency breakdown calls.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and tools.
